If you have credit and or store cards it is likely that you will have two types of claim.

Firstly your credit cards have probably had payment protection insurance (PPI) added every month. If you have we will demand it back in full from the last 6 years, plus all the interest that they have charged you.

The other claim will be for charges levied on your account for going over your limit or being even one day late paying. As with PPI we are entitled to reclaim the last 60 months worth, plus the interest they have charged you.

The average claim per-card is £1200, with most claims settling between 4 and 12 weeks
